What the school provides


  • Learning mentor
  • Referral process (Deputy Head Lead) identification to identified services
  • SENCo:  appointments, phone calls, open door policy
  • Travel plans are supported by LCC when needs are identified
  • Critical incident travel plans are supported by school and actioned by learning mentor
  • Support and advice for completion of forms is given by: SENCo, learning mentor and when needs are identified a referral to parent partnership can be made by school
  • Breakfast club
